I’m Abigail Reid and I’ve been writing since the beginning of my career, in fact, it isn’t just a career for me…it’s a passion.I graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2000 with a Bachelor of the Arts Degree in English Studies. I went on to study journalism at the University of Central Lancashire after being awarded a scholarship by the Scott Trust – a subsidiary of the Guardian Media Group. Privileged to be able to write for their publications – the Guardian North and the Manchester Evening News (MEN) I then spent a brief stint writing business news for the MEN.
