You will be a leading BURN partner in helping the North of England to level up on race.
Following the cultural audit, we will support you to make your business offering as open to black people as it is to white people, including products/services, supply chains, staff and leadership.
We will provide bespoke training for existing Executives, Chairs, Nominations Committees and Boards to enable them to drive change within their own organisations.
We will provide in depth support to help you meet, contract with, and procure from, black-owned businesses. Driving the opportunity around supply chains and procurement. We will meet with you to discuss your upcoming procurement and tendering opportunities, with a view to helping you include black-owned businesses in the process.
