Rapha Therapy and Training Services offer a range of support and training programmes to both the corporate and education sectors, as well as individual clients. All therapy services are delivered with the highest standard of professionalism, by highly qualified therapists and trainers. Based in Manchester, we provide a huge range of different in-person therapy services or also provide online support. Some of our popular training workshops include Management Training, Leadership Skills Training, Employee Wellbeing and much more.

For Corporate clients, we offer group and individual training on Mindfulness, Resilience, Stress Management, Mental Health Awareness, Emotional Intelligence, Confidence Building, Leadership Skills, Employee Wellbeing and Goal Setting.

Our Educational Sector Training for schools, pupil referral units, colleges and Universities consists of tailored packages on Mindfulness , Stress Management, Resilience Training, Anger Management Training, Confidence Building and Emotional Intelligence Training.

For private clients, you will be Revived, Restored & Refocused psychologically as we will facilitate you in achieving this through using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). We create bespoke CBT packages to address your unique and Individual needs based upon your therapy goals.  You may be able to access our therapy services through your private health insurance as we are approved health care providers for Axa PP, Aviva and Vitality Health.

Cognitive Behaviour therapy is an evidence based psychological therapy effective in the treatment of depression, anxiety disorders, stress, trauma, low self-esteem, anger and eating disorders to name a few. Novel developments within CBT have resulted in us utilising an integrative approach through incorporating strategies such as mindfulness, compassion focused therapy approaches and acceptance and commitment therapy.
